These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Aurelle, Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We take care to show our products accurately, but colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real product. Our candles and diffusers are made in small batches, so small variations can occur. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Placing an order
When you submit the order form, you send us an order request. An order is accepted only when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay when the order is delivered. We do not take advance or online payments.
Delivery and smell before you pay
Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy. In Lahore, our rider delivers to you and you can smell your fragrances before you decide to accept the order. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens next.
Safe use
- Candles: burn within sight, on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable. Keep away from children and pets. Trim the wick before each use.
- Reed diffusers: for home use only. Keep away from children and pets, and do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and finished or painted surfaces. Keep away from open flame.
- Fragrance products are for external and home use only. If you have allergies or sensitivities, check the fragrance before use.
Intellectual property
The Aurelle name, logo, product designs, text and images on this website belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you order applies to your order.
