Smell it first, in Lahore

When our rider delivers in Lahore, you can smell your fragrances before you accept the order. If you do not want an item, you can decline it at the door and you pay nothing for it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you for it, whichever you prefer.

After you accept an order

Candles and reed diffusers are personal, opened-use fragrance products. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once you have accepted and paid for an order.

Orders delivered outside Lahore

You cannot smell the product before it arrives, so please contact us within 48 hours if the parcel arrives damaged or the item is wrong. We will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Because we take cash on delivery, approved refunds are sent to the bank or mobile wallet account you give us. We process approved refunds within a few working days.
